This is a remote, work-from-home position, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply in the continental U.S., with the exception of candidates from Colorado, California, Washington, Maryland, Hawaii, and New York. Ideally we are looking for candidates in IA, NE, MO, or KS.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cyber Security Technology Consultant as known as Client Relationship Manager in our Sales Department is an enthusiastic, high performing individual with experience selling technology and / or other services. This position is responsible for growing relationships, managing a book of business and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction / retention while continuously up-selling and cross-selling products / services within assigned MM / SMB accounts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Build long term relationships with clients and key personnel within each assigned MM / SMB account.

Present, promote and sell products / services to client base

Meet or exceed sales goals

Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients

Conduct needs analysis to gain a greater understanding of the client and their business.

Conduct business reviews to ensure client understands status of account and are satisfied with their products and services.

Become a business partner by understanding client’s goal / concerns and how our products and services can address our client’s needs.

Achieve client relationship target and KPIs as created by the VP of Sales

Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients

Participate in regional marketing events in territory.

Participate in sales training and sales meetings as necessary.

Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, management) to address customers’ needs.

Demonstrate good judgment pertaining to expense control.

Work with all facets of the organization to help meet our defined corporate objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or minimum 4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Experience selling technology in the community banking vertical preferred

Excellent selling, effective communication and negotiation skills

Previous account management experience

Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage numerous accounts

Strong business acumen

Active listening and strategic thinking skills

Enthusiastic, passionate and positive

Successful sales experience in the technology industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learn systems

Aggressive self-starter Strategic thinker

Current Driver’s License and a willingness to travel to meet with clients

Knowledge of Salesforce
