Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest experiences to all museum guests through various kinds of interaction as necessary.
Interact proactively with museum guests by sharing information to increase awareness of the selected exhibition.
Safeguard artifacts and ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the museum.
Responsible for the running and upkeep of the selected exhibition galleries including all other general housekeeping duties.
Project a professional image of Marina Bay Sands and the museum at all times.

Job Requirements

Entry level (min GCE O' level) and proficient in English (as a spoken language).

Competence in a second language will be advantageous but not essential.

A vivacious personality who enjoys working with people of all ages.

Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Prior working experience in a museum environment is an advantage.

Some experience in presenting information to individuals or groups in a public / educational context will also be advantageous.

Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Must be able to commit fully for the duration of the exhibition until February 2025.

A team player who is proactive and spontaneous yet vigilant within the galleries and all front of house areas.

Training will be provided.
