Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and professional Client Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure worksite for our clients. Responsibilities will include assesses and supports all client account locations and Securatex staff at those locations on assigned shift.
The CSS leads by example, motivates our people to excel, assures compliance with Securatex and client requirements, trains personnel and properly responds to issues and situations that may arise.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors, assesses and supports goals of Account Managers or Site Supervisors and provides feedback on goal accomplishment.
Meets with customers and conducts customer service reports.
Reports back to operations items of concern or accomplishment. Receives and reviews site inspection itinerary with Regional/Operations Manager.
Performs inspections and training per the “Guidelines for Site Inspections”.
Conducts specific training programs for site personnel when necessary.
Completes Post Inspection Checklist for every post inspected. Inspects posts per Guidelines for Client Site Inspection and completes all relevant reports.
Completes Post Inspection Log that outlines Client Service Supervisor’s duties for each shift. Submits these forms to the Regional/Operations Manager at the completion of the shift.
Reviews condition and appearance of officers’ uniforms and brings replacements or directs officer to Regional Office for replacements.
Assists with New Account Setups per the “Guidelines for New Account Setup”. Pays particularly close attention to new client sites or posts and to newly hired or placed officers. Assures that commitments made to new clients and new post orders are adhered to.
Assist with preparation and review of post orders and makes recommendations for changes when appropriate
Signs in red on each officer’s Daily Security Report. Reviews reports with officer and confirms thoroughness and accuracy. Makes recommendations for improvement.
Collects copies of DSR’s and other forms/reports and submits to Region/Operations Manager.
Coordinating with Call Center, responds to staffing or emergency needs as they occur. Assures that all posts are properly covered and may occasionally cover posts until properly trained relief can arrive.
Assists in serious incident management and investigation. Reviews and/or completes the Security Investigation Report as per the guidelines. Notifies appropriate regional and corporate management immediately of serious incidents or service issues.
Dresses professionally – sets an example for the appearance of all officers and supervisors. Is positive, professional, honest and courteous in all personal contact and their demeanor sets an example for all officers and supervisors. The Client Service Supervisor is key in ensuring good morale, low turnover and a stable workforce.
Delivers documents, equipment, uniforms, newsletters, paychecks, seminar flyers and other materials as assigned and needed, from the Regional Office to Securatex’ client sites. Motivates our people by stating appreciation for good work performed, on-time arrival and few absences, service orientation, actions beyond the specific duties, positive attitude, excellent appearance, etc. Shows interest in officers’ issues and concerns.
Position Details:
- Variable Hours: All positions are considered variable hour roles, with weekly hours subject to change based on operational needs.
- Compensation: The hourly rates specified in this job posting apply exclusively to this position. Securatex may offer other assignments with different pay rates. All required training is compensated for at no less than the state minimum wage.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Read, write and speak English
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Perc
- 20-hour security certificate
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Must have a clean DMV
- Background (i.e. criminal, DMV, drug) screenings
- Work for any employer in the U.S.
- Physically fit to stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to work
