Description
Security Field Supervisors must be highly motivated Security Professionals who possess the ability to work in a customer service environment with minimum training and supervision. The responsibilities will include working and communicating with Operations Management on a daily basis; covering open posts when required; contacting officers in the field; visiting client sites; performing site inspections and completing appropriate reports.
The employee will be responsible for
· Operating company motor vehicle.
· Performing assigned duties regardless of inclement weather safely and effectively.
· Adhere to uniform and grooming policies and procedures.
· Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and/or other emergencies.
· Writing detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during a shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
· Experience handling disciplinary actions.
· Contacting appropriate individuals (site supervisors, Management, clients, etc.)
· Following all company procedures and policies, maintaining acceptable attendance, and adhering to all customer service standards.
These Security Field Supervisor positions are variable hour and can change based on the needs of the business.
$20.00/hour

Perc
20 hour security certificate
Previous Security Supervisor experience
Background (i.e. criminal, DMV, drug) screenings
Work for any employer in the U.S.
Physically fit to stand/walk 8 hour shifts
Reliable transportation to work
