Description
Motivated recruiter will be responsible for working within the contract security market in Chicago.
Will be responsible for posting job advertisements, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, setting interview schedules with hiring managers, and, in some cases, providing the job offer to qualified candidates. Will lead and facilitate new employee onboarding.
Need to have a solid background in the service industry with an outgoing personality, communication and organizational skills a must.

Job Type: Part-Time 16-24 hours per week

Qualifications
Experience level: 1 Year Recruitment preferred
Schedule: Monday to Friday (3-4 days), 8:30am-5:00pm
Work Location: West loop

- Must have prior Recruiter experience.
- Ability to clearly read, write and speak English required
- Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external
- High level of proficiency with computer data entry
- Excellent organizational skills; detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use both hands, is frequently required to stand, sit, stoop, talk and hear (communicate verbally in person and via telephone), and be able to read computer screens, correspondence and report
- The employee must occasionally walk, reach with hands and arms, and drive a vehicle
- The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to focus and multi-task in busy environment
