Logistics:
- Position: Graduate Level Clinical Intern
- Location: Northfield, New Prague, or Farmington, MN
- Type: Part-time (flexible scheduling but some after school or evening hours required)
- Compensation: $2500 quarterly stipend or W2 employment options for those who qualify
- Learn from other therapists through shadowing opportunities
- Carry a caseload of therapy clients in one of our outpatient clinics
- Learn how to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Provide systemic, trauma-informed care through an attachment lens
- Learn how to write diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes that meet DHS standards
- Grow professionally through a supportive, reflective supervisor relationship

- Enrolled in a master's program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- We are currently hiring interns for the winter or spring semesters of 2025.
- Intern applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
