As a Biki Driver, you will get to meet different people, from locals to international travelers. Your daily responsibilities will include repositioning bikes throughout the Biki system to ensure that all riders are able to fully utilize our transportation system in the way that it was designed to be.

Daily snapshot
You will need to:
- Assist customers with general inquiries if/as approached
- Reposition bikes throughout the coverage area according to operational plans
- Sanitize and wipe down all high-touch areas of bikes and parts of all visited stations
- Report all activity throughout the shift on a work chat via mobile phone for reporting purposes
- Stay in contact with customer support staff for ad-hoc rider-related assistance
- Perform quick field-evaluations on reported inoperative bikes throughout the system
- Bring back all bikes in need of maintenance beyond simple adjustments/replacements

Tools for Success
Must Have:
- A valid Driver’s License
- A clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass a pre-employment, post accident, and random drug screenings
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language
- Excellent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year driving experience (box truck/large vans)
- Minimum 6 months loading/unloading laborer-type experience
Nice to Have:
- Pleasant, warm and welcoming personality
- Familiarity with android mobile devices
- Knowledge of traffic patterns, best routes, and road names and locations in the Honolulu area
