What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator, Field Operations position at Secure Community Network?
We are Secure Community Network (SCN), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) serving as the official safety and security organization of the Jewish community in North America. We are hiring a Program Coordinator to join our team and support the Field Operations team with the development and implementation of multiple programs, projects, and initiatives critical to the organization's mission. The Program Coordinator will create and update program materials and support in ensuring that assigned programs achieve stated objectives. They will assume various administrative and systems support responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Support the Deputy Director, Operations and the larger Field Operations team in developing, tracking, and implementing projects, initiatives, and priorities to further to organization's mission.
- Perform administration, coordination, and internal systems support responsibilities to include complex meeting scheduling, statistical data compilation and presentation, online content updates, and webinar management.
- Provide administrative and programmatic support for projects to include corresponding and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and documenting progress of ongoing projects and program development.
- Prepare and distribute reports, draft internal memos, and produce professional briefings and collateral in support of Field Operations team, Executive leadership, Board of Directors, and external engagements, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of professionalism in their presentation.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure accurate information.
- Compile, analyze, and report on key metrics to track program performance.
- Proactively solve problems and make viable recommendations to improve efficiency in relevant processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners on assigned functions.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$65,000. Final annual salary offered will be determined through a thorough assessment of multiple factors and criteria which may include candidate experience and qualifications, available market data, internal salary equity, and budget considerations.
