Job Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting Secure Data’s end-to-end business functions. This role encompasses a blend of transactional, analytical, and strategic responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR operations. The HR Generalist will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure a positive work environment.
- Transactional HR Support :
Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
Address HR-related inquiries and resolve conflicts.
Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Working conditions
As an HR Generalist, you will operate in a fast-paced environment where delivering high-quality, accurate work within deadlines is crucial.
This position typically observes standard business hours with flexibility for a hybrid working schedule. Regular travel between our O’Fallon, IL, and Chesterfield, MO locations is common, and you will primarily work in an office environment.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period – up to 8 hours a day. No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
