Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day administrative tasks, tenant communications, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination. This position plays a key role in enhancing tenant satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and streamlining office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Handle tenant inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing timely solutions.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease documents, prepare renewals, and organize tenant onboarding processes.
- Maintenance Coordination: Receive maintenance requests, coordinate repairs with vendors, and follow up to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Financial Administration: Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Document Management: Maintain organized records including leases, tenant communications, maintenance activities, and compliance documents.
- Marketing Support: Help advertise vacancies, manage property listings, and coordinate showings.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, manage calendars, and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within real estate or property management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Google Buisiness Suite, Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with local real estate/property management regulations.
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping.
