Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Recruiter to join our team at our office located at 707 Brookpark Rd., Brooklyn Hts, OH 44109. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting talented Mortgage Loan Officers to join our organization. Your success will be directly tied to the number of loan officers you bring on board, with competitive incentives awarded for each successful placement.
As a Sales Recruiter, you will work in our office and collaborate closely with the hiring team to attract and recruit top talent. This role provides you the opportunity to be an integral part of the team, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our growing mortgage division. You will be rewarded for your hard work and results.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify and actively recruit Mortgage Loan Officers by leveraging job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, really, etc.), industry events, and your own network.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and referral sources to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, and present top candidates to the hiring team.
- Negotiation: Work with candidates on compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help candidates with the onboarding process once they are hired, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.
- In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure alignment with hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Incentives and Bonuses: Earn incentives for each successful loan officer hired, based on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven by results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced office environment.
- A strong understanding of the mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Availability to work part-time hours in the office with flexible scheduling.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
