Secured Environments a Massachusetts based Pest Control provider is seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in your designated territory.
You will perform onsite Pest management inspections provide proposals for solutions to customers problems
Duties
- Engage with customers educating them on our services features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Constantly network and prospect to ensure current and future opportunities
- Work with technical staff on complex jobs
Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales
- Performed sales in the Pest Control industry or similar trade
- Proven track record in negotiation, communication, and confidently representing all aspects of the sales process
