- Efficiently handle multiple phone calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and display a friendly yet professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and multiple online systems
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions
- Maintain existing book and service clients
- Help new leads and new clients obtain insurance policies in the area
