Responsibilities
- Skillfully manage a high volume of incoming calls, delivering outstanding customer service with each interaction.
- Present a professional appearance and consistently maintain a friendly, customer-focused demeanor in all communications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online systems to support daily tasks effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring precise records for all client communications.
- Maintain and nurture relationships within the existing client base, providing ongoing support and service.
- Assist new leads and potential clients in securing insurance policies tailored to their needs in the local area.
