What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Manager position at Securely?
Relationship Manager-Provides ongoing direct support for their assigned client portfolio. Engage partners to assist in lead development, training on systems, submitting applications, maintenance, and all support questions. Analyze needs of clients, understand billing and statements, work with other departments to resolve issues/needs of clients, and work on projects as assigned. Collaborate with the sales team and assist with the growth of Securely. Most importantly, build high-trust relationships as you are the primary point of contact within Securely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to review their needs, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging our platform to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to address client needs, resolve issues, and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively monitor client usage and engagement metrics, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the customer experience and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Drive customer advocacy and referrals through proactive relationship-building efforts, including customer testimonials, case studies, and participation in industry events and conferences.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, retention goals, and other performance metrics as outlined by management, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.
- Document activities and support tickets in CRM.
Requirements:
Candidate must have 5 years’ experience in the payment space
Professional communication both written and verbal
Direct experience supporting a portfolio of clients
Skilled at presenting/training in person as well as through video conferencing
Microsoft Office experience
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change quickly
