Project Manager
Securemedy, Incorporated is a reputable, and rapidly growing security services provider located in Southern, MD. We are currently serving state, local, federal and commercial clients and licensed in multiple states. Our primary services include security guard and patrol services, security escort services, security consulting, electronic security, investigations & surveillance and executive protection services
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, this is an on-site leadership function charged with providing oversight of security operations and leadership to armed security officers over a multi-location security program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of supervisory experience in the security industry, preferably leading security operations with multiple locations
- Ability to lead a dynamic team and function as a single, Regional Supervisor with corporate support, but minimal supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include Monday through Friday, between 8am to 5pm as requested or required.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce Post Orders, along with policies and procedures, that impact business results
- Strong people skills required to relate to government employees, vendors, visitors and internal staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook preferred
- Position requires a personable individual who is capable of professionally relating to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds.
- Ability to learn multiple systems and processes in a brief period, and demonstrate productivity
- Must have GED / High School Diploma or higher
- Must have current VA DCJS Security Guard Certification (or be able to obtain)
- Must have current CPR and First Aid Certification (or be able to obtain)
- Must be able to pass criminal record check including sex offender registry
- Ability to pass physical exam and drug screening
- Ability to walk / stand / and climb stairs for extended periods of time
