About the Role: 

As the Head of our Low Voltage Infrastructure Division, you will be at the forefront of our operations, blending hands-on involvement with strategic leadership. This position requires someone who can seamlessly transition from working on-site with the team to contributing as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Core Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement strategies for managing projects related to low-voltage/structured cabling, audiovisual systems, wireless networks, video surveillance, and physical security. 

Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our rigorous standards. 

Operational Efficiency: Monitor team utilization and capacity, ensuring optimal performance and preparing for future growth. Vendor and Partner Management: Cultivate strong, ethical relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers. 

Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the field operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical practice. 

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of copper and fiber optic infrastructures, including pathways, riser spaces, and IDF/MDFs. 


Qualifications: 

Leadership and Ethics: Proven ability to lead with integrity, ensuring decisions align with our core values and ethical standards. Project Execution: Expertise in managing complex projects, with a focus on timely and efficient delivery. 

Financial Acumen: Strong capability in maintaining departmental budgets, aligning with company-wide financial goals, and controlling gross margins. 

Team Management: Ability to lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration. 

Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to clearly convey project goals, expectations, and changes, ensuring transparency and collaboration. 


Daily Responsibilities: 


Developing and managing project schedules 

Balancing and overseeing departmental budgets 

Assigning tasks and tracking project progress from initiation to completion 

Managing supplies and vendor relationships 

Reporting departmental performance and progress to leadership
