The Cybersecurity Engineer will support the C2BMC program and will tune and optimize cybersecurity tools such as ESS, Elastic, ConfigOS, and Tanium to enhance system performance and threat detection capabilities.

The Work You’ll Do
- This role involves tuning and optimizing cybersecurity tools such as ESS, Elastic, ConfigOS, and Tanium to enhance system performance and threat detection capabilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating custom dashboards to visualize security data, ensuring quick identification of issues and trends.
- They will also integrate various security products, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across the infrastructure.
- Key tasks include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to these tools, as well as managing upgrades and deployments to ensure the latest features and security patches are implemented effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, or Masters’ degree with 3 years’ experience, or equivalent
- Active Top Secret clearance required to start
- IAT Level II/ IAM Level I DoD 8570 certification (Sec CE or similar)
- Windows/RHEL System admin experience
- Installing, tuning, & troubleshooting Cyber Tools to include ESS/HBSS, ConfigOS, Splunk/Elastic, etc.
- Configuring, running, and scripting audit tools.
- Knowledge of Software Assurance (SwA) static and dynamic code analysis (e.g. Fortify)

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
