SecureStrux is a pure play cybersecurity company supporting the Department of Defense and Defense Industrial Base Clients. The Cybersecurity Marketing and Promotions Manager will be part of our Business Development team and will work on the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and communications activities to enhance Lead Generation. The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing including strategic planning, content management, advertising, social media outreach, website maintenance, event show management, webinars and partnership development. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about our work as we are and has the skills and attitude to be successful!


Location

Main office in Lancaster, PA, with the ability to work remote when needed and upon request.

Overnight travel to offsite locations, approximately one trip per month.


Schedule

Flexible schedule, Mon-Fri between 8am and 6pm, 40 hours/week, with core hours 9AM-3PM


The Work You'll Do

Strategic Planning

  • Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct Market research and competitive analysis to understand trends.
  • Align marketing plans with product development and sales strategy.

Brand Management

  • Strengthen brand positioning through targeted campaigns and consistent messaging.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals and digital content.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and Execute Multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Development

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create technical and engaging content.
  • Promote services through leadership initiatives, such as white papers, webinars and industry presentations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with R&D, sales and Leadership team to ensure marketing aligns with business priorities.
  • Maintain relationships with Industry associations.

Reporting

  • Develop, administer, and maintain the organization’s use of HubSpot.
  • Establish goals and metrics to quantify marketing success.
  • Create reports and analyze sales and marketing activities to understand trends.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 8 years of experience or equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism or public relations positions.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity or IT clients is a plus including at least 1 year of B2B Services Marketing Experience.
  • 2 years of experience using HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub & Marketing Hub to support marketing campaigns and measure marketing success.
  • Proven success building long-term strategic marketing plans including lead generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Leadership, Accounting, Business Development, and Operations).
  • Ability to develop ideas, oversee graphic design, and implement marketing communications tactics and initiatives across print and web environments.
  • Successful experience in developing and management, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience driving SEO & Content Strategy Creation.
  • Experience managing Google Ad strategies.
  • General use of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You MUST be able to write compelling and technically accurate content without relying solely on ChatGPT.

Salary Range: Starting at $80,000; commensurate with experience
