Responsibilities
- Annuity Product Development: Recommend annuity product development strategy, develop tactics around individual life product offerings, and lead pricing initiatives.
- Talent Development: Lead a team of actuaries to support the outcomes of the annuity line, develop and coach talent, and establish strong relationships with external partners.
- Product Maintenance: Empower the team to create and maintain competitively relevant products that assist customers in achieving financial planning and protection goals.
Requirements
- A Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
