Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred, Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) preferred, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, 10 years of annuity product development experience, including how annuity products are sold and deep understanding of the needs of the customer and distribution partners preferred, 5-10 years talent development experience.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with a wide variety of people demanded by the job, understanding and collaboration with distribution partners, including BDs, FIs, IMOs, etc. preferred.
