Talent and Relationship Management
The Actuarial Senior Manager will lead a team of actuaries to support the outcomes of the annuity line, develop and coach talent, setting expectations for results the team will drive, coaching for effectiveness, and creating a culture of collaboration, teamwork, creativity, and empowerment.
Qualifications
- Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred, Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) preferred.
- Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
- 10 years of annuity product development experience, including how annuity products are sold and deep understanding of the needs of the customer and distribution partners preferred.
- 5-10 years talent development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with a wide variety of people demanded by the job.
- Understanding and collaboration with distribution partners, including BDs, FIs, IMOs, etc. preferred.
