Customer Operations Sr. Representative (On-site)

Overview :

Securian Financial is hiring a Customer Operations Sr. Representative to join our Madison, WI branch office location. As a Fortune 500 company, Securian Financial provides life insurance, investment products, and other financial services. This role will be responsible for handling customer service-related inquiries (calls, e-mails, and other correspondence) that come to the Madison Branch Office (MBO).

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Handle customer service-related inquiries (calls, emails, and other correspondence) for the Madison Branch Office (MBO).
• Communicate with employers, employees, Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds staff, and Home Office associates to resolve inquiries and solve problems regarding insurance plan provisions and administrative procedures.
• Audit and process retirement certifications of coverage.
• Reconcile monthly premiums for local and state government employers, annuitants, and directly billed insured.
• Verify eligibility for conversions to individual policies.

The estimated base pay range for this job is :

18.27 - $31.73
