Securicon is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer who desires to focus on soup to nuts cyber project management and coordination - to completely own applied research and experimentation projects and ensure their success by doing whatever it takes to achieve that success. You'll be engineering projects that will develop and implement next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to help revolution the cyber battlefield and ensure the superiority of our cyber forces over our adversaries. You'll coordinate with various parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved and utilize your technical expertise throughout the entire process to ensure everything is accomplished in a sound and secure manner. What You'll Be Doing :
- Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.
- Develop technical, system architecture, and system design documentation.
- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems.
- Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners.
- Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers.
- Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team.
- Design and deliver solutions.
