Position Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. Retirement Savings Plan

  • Employees can participate in the company-sponsored 401(k) plan to save for retirement.
  • Employer match: 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2% (up to 4% total employer contribution).
  • Employees have the option to make 'before tax' 401(k) contributions or 'after tax' Roth 401(k) contributions. The combined total of both cannot exceed the annual maximum contribution limit set by law.
  • Employer contributions for Safe Harbor Matching are fully vested immediately, meaning employees have full ownership of these funds as soon as they are contributed.

More Financial Protection

Basic Life Insurance and AD&D: The Company provides Basic Life Insurance for full-time employees working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week who have chosen a medical plan. Employees are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following sixty (60) days of service. Basic Life Insurance benefits are paid for by the Company.

Short-Term & Long-Term Disability: Income protection in the event of an illness or injury that prevents an employee from working.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance: Coverage for job-related injuries or illnesses to provide financial and medical support.

  • Standard progressive lenses are covered once every 12 months with a $0 copay.

  • Elective contact lenses are covered up to $150 every 12 months, with an additional $60 copay for fitting and evaluation.
  • Necessary contact lenses are covered in full after a $25 copay every 12 months.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Full-time employees accrue PTO per pay period based on their length of service.
  • PTO is added to the employee’s balance when each paycheck is issued.
  • PTO is deducted in one-hour increments when used.

  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Use CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, NetSuite, HubSpot) to document all interactions and manage your pipeline.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects effectively.
  • Set qualified appointments and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.
