Responsibilities
- Build commissions plans / quotas
- Conduct monthly-close related tasks related to commissions accruals
- Prepare and administer monthly statements and submit for payment
- Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance / Controllership, and Human Resources
- Support other Commercial Finance activities
