Responsibilities
- Build commissions plans/quotas
- Conduct monthly-close related tasks related to commissions accruals
- Prepare and administer monthly statements and submit for payment
- Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
- Support other Commercial Finance activities
Requirements
Education:
- Four-year business or finance degree required
Experience:
- 2 years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensation
- Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
- Experience presenting to executive management teams
- Experience in fast-change environment
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions
Computer proficiency:
- MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
- Salesforce.com knowledge required
- Database knowledge helpful
Travel:
- 10% of time
