Purpose of Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Campaign Manager to join our global marketing team. This role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and project managing global paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional marketing needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multi-channel campaign approaches, goal setting, and lead generation strategies while collaborating with regional marketing teams to translate and localize campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives and global marketing strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple paid media channels, including digital, social, and programmatic.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Collaboration & Localization:

  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaign strategies to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to regional teams for local campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, web, SEO, ABM, and marketing automation teams to ensure a seamless user experience and a full-funnel approach.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling and engaging campaign content.
  • Write and edit content as needed to support campaign objectives across various platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and compliance guidelines.

Project Management:

  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for stakeholder updates.

Vendor Relationship & Budget Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure optimal campaign execution and value.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign success and ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management within a global organization or agency.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and edit content.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within B2B industries.
  • Familiarity with localization processes and working with regional markets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
