In the role of Global Client Program Manager, you will oversee programs for Fortune 1000, national accounts, and enterprise customers. This position is crucial in supporting all electronic security project opportunities at the customer service level. National accounts typically span multiple geographies, representing an annual service and sales revenue potential of $15-$50 million to Securitas Electronic Security.
Responsibilities :
- Manage overall service and implementation performance for assigned National / Key accounts, ensuring technical problem identification and resolution along with customer satisfaction.
- Organize and lead regular in-person meetings with program teams to discuss performance metrics, ongoing projects, issues, and future plans.
- Review daily metrics and assign resources as necessary to optimize performance.
- Interface regularly with management in Sales, Service, and Headquarters Field Support to align on project goals.
- Collaborate with the Electronic Security Group to strategize growth and future service support.
- Effectively distribute workloads to ensure team efficiency and prepare for future opportunities identified by account teams.
- Directly communicate with customers when necessary to foster relationships and resolve issues.
- Influence the process excellence team to refine delivery processes in response to the dynamic business environment.
- Provide strategic updates on best practices and support procedures to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist in the achievement of account profitability goals through effective resource management.
- Support Installation Managers and Directors in managing customer service relationships across the National Account base through prompt, efficient, and quality service.
- Help Installation Managers and Directors with reporting, problem resolution, action plans, and resource management to address performance issues.
- Maintain databases of nationally provided commodities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Monitor project performance to guarantee projects are completed on time, on budget, and within the agreed scope.
- Coordinate with Logistics regarding staging and kitting of ESP orders for quality installations.
- Regularly meet with customers to develop project plans that include schedules, responsibilities, deliverables, and terms of acceptance.
- Ensure project teams are trained on policies, standards, and procedures and implement these in daily activities.
