Responsibilities include :
Extensive Excel Knowledge is a MUST : V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and document consolidation
Manage aged / open calls within assigned area of responsibility
SLA response management escalate calls in jeopardy of a missed SLAFirst-time fix / resolution management identify areas of opportunity, e.g., technician truck stockManage and schedule sites that require a preventative maintenance inspection for the year. Including, Q / A of inspection forms and uploading to customer portal when requiredInvestigate cancelled calls from previous day to validate resolutionPerform QA / QC service auditsManage open parts orders with the parts / procurement teamIdentify and evaluate service or process opportunities, e.g., technician training neededInterface with Securitas Technology Dispatch Teams and District Service Managers as neededEngage with client local security representatives as needed for site access, issues or other technician needsEscalation point for client local security representativesFirst point of escalation for the Securitas Technology field-forceAssist technicians on client process and contacts as neededUtilize client and internal STC tools to validate service repairs on high-priority or escalated service calls.Manage Disaster Recovery protocol for all named storms or natural disastersIncident management process for robbery responseAttend scheduled calls with clientAvailability for on-call rotation after normal business hours as neededSecuritas offers comprehensive benefits including : ?
