">Job Responsibilities
">As a Security Response Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. You will manage alarm events, verify security information, notify and update emergency services such as fire and police agencies, and ensure customers are properly notified of events. This includes answering a multi-line telephone system and performing data entry.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma required, some college Preferred 1-3 years' work experience, Type 30 words a minute, Be able to prioritize and multi task, Be able to follow written and verbal instructions, Ability to perform duties with a high degree of urgency and accuracy, Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills, A positive attitude of teamwork and continuous improvement.
