Responsibilities: The position involves responding to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. You will work individually and as a team to diagnose and resolve application issues. This includes executing preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identifying system faults. Additionally, you will perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, etc.) and document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
