Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Alarm Monitoring Operator to join our team at the state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing alarm events and verifying security information
- Notifying and updating emergency services such as fire and police agencies
- Ensuring customers are properly notified of events
- Answering a multi-line telephone system and performing data entry
You will work closely with our clients to provide timely and effective responses to alarm signals, ensuring their security and peace of mind. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility, including working holidays and weekends.
