About the Job
This is a full-time opportunity that requires working a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule, which may include holidays and weekends. You will be based in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center where you will work as part of a team to provide alarm monitoring services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming alarm signals in our automation software according to documented procedures.
- Manage alarm events from start to finish, including verifying security information and notifying emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Answer the multi-line telephone system.
