What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Solutions Expert position at Securitas Electronic Security?
At Securitas Technology, we provide integrated security solutions to protect and connect businesses. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will work in our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center responding to alarm signals and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing alarm events and verifying security information
- Notifying emergency services and updating customers on events
- Answering multi-line telephone systems and performing data entry
You will be responsible for responding to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures and logging all information into the automation system accurately. Additionally, you will answer the multi-line telephone system and perform other related tasks.
We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of work experience who can complete a pre-hire assessment for typing. Those selected will undergo paid training and must pass a final exam certifying their skill as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator.
