Job Description:
As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will work in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. Your duties will include managing alarm events, verifying security information, notifying and updating emergency services, and ensuring customers are properly notified of events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years' work experience and strong communication skills. You must also complete a pre-hire assessment for typing. Upon selection, you will undergo paid training and must pass a final exam certifying your skill as a SES Alarm Monitoring Operator.
