- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Professional verbal / written communication skills
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record
- 1 year prior dispatch experience is required
- Previous security experience is preferred
- All eligible candidates will be required to complete Criticall testing
