Job Duties

• Retirement Community - Very large campus
• Responding to incidents/Alarms - Coordinating care with EMS/Firefighters
• Responding with the employees for medical services
• Continuous foot or vehicle patrols
• Monitors CCTV Cameras
• Lots of Standing/Walking/Driving

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Professional verbal / written communication skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• CPR/AED Training Required (provided by company)
• Customer service really important in this role
• Must have ability to respond in high pressured situations
