As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic District Manager for our Mobile Division to oversee key markets in Baltimore and Silver Spring, MD.

Position Overview:

As a District Manager of the Mobile Division, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing operations across two of our key markets. You will lead a team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and the effective execution of security operations. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in customer service, multitasking, and managing multiple responsibilities to drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for making key business decisions to ensure the profitability and success of your district.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading a team of 10 officers or more, ensuring their success and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools and technology to manage operations, improve efficiencies, and optimize performance.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to implement strategies that drive performance and operational excellence.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage P&L statements, optimize costs, and drive profitability in a district environment.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, service delivery, and operational success.
