Job Description
This Litigation Management Specialist will provide input to and manage outside counsel in the handling of Employment Practice (EP) suits and general liability (GL) suits and claims.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial expenditures, performing financial analyses, completing legal research projects, and assisting with policy drafting and implementation.
- Broad legal knowledge, including litigation, employment law, and general liability law.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Westlaw, etc.
- Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.
- Ability to effectively present legal issues to senior management.
