Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct security patrols to maintain a strong security presence.
- Observe and report any security violations, unusual activity, or safety concerns.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain site integrity.
- Document incidents and daily activity reports accurately and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with security team members and site management.
Job Requirements
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency for logging reports and monitoring access control systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must be professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
Work Environment
- Requires working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent standing, walking, and patrolling throughout shifts.
- May be required to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
