We are in search of an experienced Admin Operations Manager to support our Compliance team sitting in Downtown Seattle! This is a full-time (40hr) on-site role (no remote or hybrid) performing a full range of administrative support functions including: tracking and managing Smartsheet & Excel databases, capturing, auditing and reporting on compliance initiatives, navigating employee portals, preparing meeting materials and agendas, communicating with senior stakeholders & clients, and handling confidential or sensitive information. At times, you will provide project management support for special assignments and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Control costs, review P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

What You Bring to the Table

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Associates Degree or higher required
- 2 years of progressive supervisory or management experience required
- Data entry or data analytic experience required
- Standard computer skills needed - proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data management software
- Top notch customer service skills are essential
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills needed
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed
- Must have the ability to multitask and priorities tasks
- Must have a high level of integrity and professional discretion
- Must have the ability to maintain composure and switch tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
