Typical Security Officer Objectives:
- Maintain a safe environment by patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access
- Investigate suspicious behavior, security breaches, and incidents
- Patrol site premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure overall site security
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests
- Ensure Safety through monitoring computer systems and CCTV
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or 2 years of military or law enforcement experience
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Professional verbal / written communication skills
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
- Previous experience in Concierge, Hosting, Client Management, Office Management and/or Hospitality teams
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
