Position Overview:
As a District Manager, you will provide leadership and accountability for your assigned portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services, managing financial performance, and cultivating strong relationships with both clients and employees.
You will begin your journey in an intensive Management Training Program designed to prepare you for success by building a deep understanding of our operations, business strategy, and leadership expectations. During the program, you will:
- Be empowered to make business decisions that impact your career and the company’s success.
- Learn how to manage a profitable business, with emphasis on cost control and P&L analysis.
- Enhance your customer service approach and gain in-depth knowledge of the Securitas management model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of security operations across your assigned district.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance to align with business needs.
- Manage financial performance, including reviewing P&L statements and achieving profitability targets.
- Lead and mentor site supervisors and account managers; support team development and succession planning.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular engagement, proactive problem-solving, and value-driven service.
- Manage onboarding and transitions for new client accounts.
- Foster a strong culture of safety, integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience, preferably in a service-based or multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive results.
- Track record of delivering superior customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
