Location: Brainerd, MN
Pay: $19.00/hour
The Fill-in Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours, locations, and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle emergency situations, and exhibit professionalism at all times. Typical Fill-in Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Standard computer and technology skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills needed
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Prior security experience a plus!
