We are seeking a Security Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a Global Client. This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency in security services. Depending on experience, Securitas will offer an annual salary of $80,000-83,000, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct financial performance reviews and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing.
- Support month-end closing processes.
- Provide data-driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is a must.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights based on financial data.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel & SmartSheet (including financial modeling).
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
- Knowledge of security industry financial metrics and contract pricing models.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate security, risk management, or contract-based financial analysis.
- Familiarity with security service cost structures, including personnel, equipment, and technology expenses.
- Understanding of financial impact assessments for security investments.
