Pay Rate: $18.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Reception Desk Security Officer for a temporary 6-month position. This is a one-person post, making reliability and commitment essential. The role is stationed at an inside reception desk and involves greeting visitors, managing access, and performing light administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
- Answer phones and respond to basic inquiries.
- Monitor access and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Use basic computer applications for logging entries and completing reports.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong dependability; no relief coverage will be provided.
- Basic computer and phone skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous reception or security experience preferred but not required.
