Corporate Flex Security Officer - Paid Weekly!
Location: Lehi, UT
Pay: $21.50/hour
The Flex Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours, locations, and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle emergency situations, and exhibit professionalism at all times. Flex Officer Objectives:
- Responds to all alarms, disturbances and incidents that may occur.
- Writes reports, sends emails and keeps up with day-to-day operations.
- Show and maintain proficiency with responding to medical incidents and CPR/AED.
- Patrol interior and exterior of the premises.
- Serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
- Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, employees and visitors.
- Report all incidents, accidents and/or medical emergencies to Leadership.
- Follows procedures to respond to emergencies and alarms, such as medical incident or bomb threats, or fire alarms or intrusion.

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Standard computer and technology skills needed
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid UT Driver's License
- Comes to work well rested and alert; is on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime, if assigned)
- Has a neat, professional appearance and arrives at work dressed in complete and clean assigned uniform.
- A friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.
- Is a good communicator (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling typical and crisis situations both efficiently and effectively
- Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Must be able to successfully complete CPR, First Aid and AED training and certification.
Physical and Mental Functions:
- Stand or walk (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)
- Be able to climb stairs and ramps.
- Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform various duties.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat.
- Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required while setting priorities and following up on assignments
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
