Rate: $25.50/hour

Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving advanced training in safety & security. This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Must have your own vehicle and valid Driver License
- Must be open to work two shifts and travel to different locations
- Please provide resume for second interview with Microsoft account
- Must be able to travel to Elk Grove Village, Northlake, Franklin Park, Hoffman Estates & West Chicago areas
