Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security/Reception Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Qualifications:
No experience necessary - we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry if you don't have previous experience. If you have retail, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry experience you could be a great fit.
- Excellent observational skills and ability to respond calmly in stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical, law enforcement and security teams.
- Commitment to safety and ethical conduct, following all relevant policies and procedures.
- 1 years of security experience preferred (will consider candidates with no previous security experience)
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Law enforcement or military experience a big plus
- Familiarity with security systems, radios, and alarm system a big plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent or above
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
